1. COPY OF DECEASED PASSPORT

2. COPY OF BURIAL ORDER FROM THE EXPORTING COUNTRY

3. COPY OF DEATH CERTIFICATE FROM THE EXPORTING COUNTRY

4. NON INFECTIOUS LETTER FROM THE DOCTOR

5. EMBALMING CERTIFICATE FROM THE UNDERTAKER

6. NON OBJECTION PERMINTS FROM MINISTRY OF HEALTH ZIMBABWE,CONFIRMATION OF CITIZENSHIP FROM THE CONCULATE,AND CONFIRMATION FROM THE REGISTER GENERAL OF BIRTH,DEATH FROM ZIMBABWE

7. CUSTOMS CLEARENCE ON THE CONSIGHNMENT AND ADVICE NOTE OR AIRWAY BILL ISSUED ISSUED AT THE ZIMBABWEAN AIRPORT OR ANY POINT OF ENTRY.

N.B all port health payments and registration are now done online by funeral parlors via the Single Window systeam of ZIMRA
